Ronnie's Safe After the FireRonnie S. from Canyon Lake was kind enough to share the following story with us:

"On Sept 17-2011 my home burned to the ground. My guns were in a Cannon gun safe. It was still standing. I removed it from the ash and opened it. My guns inside were in remarkably good shape for what they had been through. Some that were in cases, looked untouched. Others, you can tell, had a lot of heat and smoke on them, but, are still in good shape. Even my scopes made it. Some of the stocks have some blistering on them. Everything is usable and will clean up. Since the fire, Cannon customer service has been great. They called to see if I got the safe open and I have a new safe on the way. I would like to thank David, and all the fine folks at Cannon Safe, for a job well done."

Thanks for sharing, Ronnie! This story is just further evidence that - when it comes to gun safes - "Nothing Protects Like a Cannon!"
