They must have the ability to encourage systemic thinking and promote respect for all individuals.

This person will lead all aspects of the National Sales function, including hiring, training, regularly interacting with customers, and managing and remaining accountable for sales goals.

Experience with selling to national retailers is prefered: Lowe’s, Home Depot, Macy’s, Amazon, Costco, Walmart, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Academy Sports, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for establishing, achieving, and reporting Sales goals, forecasts and growth targets for monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives.
  • Drive sales, brand expansion, and market penetration through proven selling strategies and skills.
  • Remain current of market trends and competitor strategies.
  • Interact directly with National Accounts and Manufacturer Representatives to increase year-over-year sales.
