Your Master Reset Code is available! The final steps to process this request are as follows:
- As mentioned by our Customer Service representative, please acquire a notarized letter stating that you are the owner of the safe.
- Fill out this brief form with the exact information you used on the initial lost combination form. If the information does not match we will not be able to process the request.
- Upload your notarized letter to this form.
- After submitting this form (using “Go To Payment Page” button), you will be redirected to a secure checkout page via PayPal where you can make payment for the Master Reset Code using your PayPal account or a Debit/Credit card.
- Once all steps are completed a member of our Customer Service team will be in contact with you to provide your new code.
Lost Combination and Master Reset Code Requests will NOT be processed if all steps are not followed.
